Add Dynamic Meta Description Tag Log in to your blogger account and Go to Design >> Edit HTML 

First of all download your full template.because if you make some wrong  you can recover it.

1. Log in to your blogger account >>Design >> Edit HTML

2.Find this tag by using Ctrl+F
                                     <b:include data='blog' name='all-head-content'/>

3.Past e below code after the above tag
                     <META NAME='description' expr:content='data:blog.pageTitle 

                    + &quot;,PUT IN YOUR COMMON BLOG DESCRIPTION 
                                               TAGS HERE &quot;'/> 

4. Replace PUT IN YOUR COMMON BLOG DESCRIPTION TAGS HERE
  with your description

5. After click Preview and click Save template.

    You probably know what you're doing but I have a question.. how does this make my blog more dynamic by putting in a 'static' blog description? Just wondering...

    Google's Spider GoogleBot. ... Some personal Blogs, smaller companies and alternative news ... Of these two, the description is the most important. Google uses the ... like we read a newspaper, placing your keyword phrases early in the body text of pages in your site is very beneficial.

    Hi. My description tag includes the word "it", and the template cannot be saved. The error message is "Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure that all XML elements are closed properly.
    XML error message: Attribute name "it" associated with an element type "META" must be followed by the ' = ' character.
